Payment Policy — Mehndi Wala Arts Pvt. Ltd.

1.Purpose and Scope

This Payment Policy governs monetary transactions conducted through or recorded by the Mehndi Wala Platform ("Platform"), including, where applicable:

  • Customer payments for Artist Services;

  • payment-related fraud controls;
  • taxes and statutory deductions; and
  • other payment-related features introduced by the Company.

Not every feature described in this Policy will necessarily be available to every User, Artist, Booking, location or transaction.

The features and commercial terms actually presented to the User at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

3.Role of Mehndi Wala in Payment Transactions

Mehndi Wala operates a technology-enabled marketplace that may facilitate payment-related interactions between Customers and independent Artists.

Depending on the transaction, the Company may:

  • provide a payment interface;
  • facilitate payment processing through third-party payment service providers;
  • record payment status;
  • generate or display invoices or payment records;
  • calculate applicable balances;
  • facilitate refunds or payment reversals;
  • maintain transaction records;
  • facilitate Artist payouts;
  • provide payment-related customer support; and
  • provide transaction information to payment providers or other authorised parties where legally permitted or required.

The Company does not represent that it is itself a bank, lender, deposit-taking institution or financial institution merely because payment functionality is available through the Platform.

Where third-party payment service providers are used, the relevant payment provider may separately process the transaction under its applicable terms and policies.

4.Payment Service Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, payment processors, banks, UPI participants, card networks or other payment service providers made available through the Platform.

The actual payment provider may vary by:

  • payment method;
  • transaction type;
  • Customer location;
  • Artist location;
  • transaction amount;
  • risk controls;
  • technical availability; and
  • regulatory or operational requirements.

The Company may share payment-related information with such providers where reasonably necessary to process, verify, reconcile, secure or support a transaction, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

The Company does not control independent payment-provider systems and is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a third-party payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI participant, network or other external payment infrastructure, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.Available Payment Methods

Subject to availability, the Platform may support payment methods such as:

  • UPI;
  • debit cards;
  • credit cards;
  • net banking;
  • Wallet balance;
  • eligible coupons or promotional credits; and
  • other payment methods introduced by the Company.

The Company may add, remove, suspend or restrict a payment method for operational, technical, security, fraud-prevention, regulatory or commercial reasons.

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the payment methods available for that particular transaction.

6.Customer Platform Use and Payment Fees

Customers may generally browse Artist profiles, compare Artists, submit enquiries and communicate through available Platform features without a separate customer browsing fee.

Unless expressly disclosed before payment, the Company does not charge Customers a separate fee merely for:

  • browsing Artist profiles;
  • searching for Artists;
  • comparing Artists;
  • submitting an enquiry;
  • using available Platform communication features; or
  • creating a Customer account.

However, Service prices, Artist charges, travel charges, taxes, Booking-related amounts or other transaction-specific amounts may apply as disclosed in the applicable Booking Terms.

If any Customer-facing Platform fee is introduced, the applicable amount or calculation method will be disclosed before the Customer is required to pay it, subject to applicable law.

7.Booking Price and Payment Information

Before completing a Booking payment, Customers should review the payment information displayed by the Platform.

Depending on the Booking, the information may include:

  • Artist Service price;
  • Advance amount;
  • remaining Balance;
  • applicable taxes;
  • travel charges;
  • venue-related charges;
  • additional Service charges;
  • promotional discounts;
  • coupon discounts;
  • applicable Platform fees;
  • payment method;
  • cancellation terms;
  • rescheduling terms; and
  • refund terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the transaction details before authorising payment.

8.Advance Payment

An Artist may require an Advance to secure a Booking.

The Advance amount may be:

  • a fixed amount;
  • a percentage of the Service price; or
  • another amount agreed or displayed for the Booking.

There is no universal Advance percentage applicable to every Artist or Booking unless the Company expressly publishes such a standard.

The applicable Advance amount should be displayed or communicated before the Customer completes the relevant payment.

Payment of an Advance does not create a Booking unless the applicable Platform workflow indicates that the Booking has been confirmed.

9.Booking Confirmation

A successful payment transaction and Booking Confirmation are related but distinct events.

A Booking is treated as confirmed when the Platform expressly indicates that the Booking has been confirmed or otherwise provides an official confirmation or Booking ID according to the applicable Platform workflow.

A payment-success message does not, by itself, override the Platform's Booking status.

If money has been debited but the Booking is not shown as confirmed, the Customer should contact Platform Support promptly.

The Company may investigate the transaction and coordinate with the applicable payment provider or Artist where necessary.

10.Final or Balance Payment

Where a Balance remains payable after the Advance:

  • the applicable Booking record may display the amount already paid;
  • the remaining Balance may be calculated or displayed by the Platform;
  • the Customer may be required to pay the Balance according to the applicable Booking Terms; and
  • the final amount may be adjusted where a permitted change to the Booking is agreed and recorded.

The Customer should verify the final amount before making payment.

Where the Platform permits a Customer to enter a payment amount manually, the Customer remains responsible for checking the amount before authorising the transaction.

11.Invoices and Payment Records

The Platform may generate or display:

  • invoices;
  • proforma invoices;
  • payment receipts;
  • Booking summaries;
  • transaction references;
  • refund records;
  • payout records; and
  • other payment-related records.

Where a transaction record is generated by the Platform, Users should retain the relevant record for their own accounting, tax, payment and dispute-resolution purposes.

An invoice or payment record does not by itself change the contractual obligations contained in the applicable Booking Terms.

12.Payment Status

Payment transactions may have statuses such as:

  • Initiated;
  • Pending;
  • Successful;
  • Failed;
  • Cancelled;
  • Reversed;
  • Refunded;
  • Partially Refunded; or

Disputed.

The exact status terminology may vary depending on the Platform and payment provider.

A transaction should not be treated as successfully completed solely because a Customer has initiated the payment process.

13.Failed, Pending or Delayed Payments

A payment may remain pending or fail because of:

  • bank processing delays;
  • payment-provider issues;
  • network failures;
  • insufficient funds;
  • incorrect payment information;
  • authentication failure;
  • transaction limits;
  • fraud or risk controls;
  • technical errors; or
  • other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

If an amount is debited but the Platform does not reflect a successful transaction, the Company may reconcile the transaction with the applicable payment provider.

Depending on the outcome, the Company may:

  • update the payment status;
  • complete the applicable transaction;
  • reverse the transaction;
  • initiate a refund; or
  • request additional information.

Actual bank or payment-provider credit timelines may vary.

14.Duplicate Payments

If a Customer or Artist believes that the same transaction was charged more than once, the User should contact Platform Support with the relevant transaction references.

The Company may investigate:

  • transaction IDs;
  • payment-provider records;
  • invoice records;
  • timestamps;
  • Booking records; and
  • other relevant information.

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the Company may process an appropriate reversal, refund or adjustment, subject to the payment provider's procedures and applicable law.

15.Refunds

A refund may arise from circumstances including:

  • an eligible Booking cancellation;
  • Artist non-performance where a refund is applicable;
  • duplicate payment;
  • failed transaction;
  • payment reversal;
  • Platform-initiated cancellation;
  • resolution of a payment dispute;
  • technical payment error; or
  • another circumstance in which a refund is legally or contractually due.

The amount of any refund will depend on the applicable Booking Terms, cancellation/refund policy, transaction status and applicable law.

The Company does not promise a universal refund percentage for every Booking.

16.Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the Company may initiate the refund through:

  • the original payment method;
  • the applicable payment provider;
  • an eligible Wallet;
  • another permitted method; or
  • another method required or permitted by applicable law.

The time required for the amount to appear in the Customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI participant or other financial institution.

A refund initiation date and the date on which the Customer actually receives the refunded amount may therefore be different.

17.Customer Wallet

Where a Customer Wallet is available, Customers may be permitted to hold eligible Platform credits or funds for use toward eligible Platform transactions.

Wallet functionality may include:

  • eligible Customer-funded balances;
  • promotional credits;
  • cashback;
  • referral rewards;
  • coupons;
  • vouchers; and
  • other credits expressly provided by the Company.

The availability and use of each Wallet category may be subject to separate conditions.

18.Customer-Funded Wallet Balance

Where the Platform permits direct Customer Wallet top-ups, the applicable top-up amount may be used for eligible Platform transactions subject to the Wallet rules displayed at the time of the transaction.

The Company may impose reasonable restrictions relating to:

  • maximum Wallet balance;
  • transaction limits;
  • fraud prevention;
  • verification;
  • refunds;
  • account restrictions; and
  • applicable law.

The treatment of Customer-funded Wallet balances upon account closure, refund or other exceptional circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Wallet terms.

19.Promotional Credits, Cashback and Rewards

Promotional credits may include:

  • cashback;
  • referral rewards;
  • welcome credits;
  • coupons;
  • vouchers;
  • campaign rewards; and
  • other promotional benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits:

  • may have an expiry date;
  • may be restricted to specified Services or transactions;
  • may not be transferable;
  • may not be redeemable for cash;
  • may not be withdrawable to a bank account; and
  • may be subject to minimum transaction values or other eligibility requirements.

The specific conditions applicable to a promotion will be disclosed when the promotion is offered.

20.Coupons and Vouchers

Coupons and vouchers may be subject to:

  • validity periods;
  • minimum Booking values;
  • specific Services;
  • specific Artists;
  • specific locations;
  • one-time use restrictions;
  • account restrictions;
  • non-transferability; and
  • other conditions displayed at the time of issuance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, coupons and vouchers do not constitute cash or deposit balances.

The Company may cancel or restrict a promotional benefit where it reasonably determines that the benefit was obtained through fraud, technical abuse, duplicate accounts, misuse or violation of the applicable promotion terms.

21.Artist Subscriptions

Where Artist subscription plans are available, Artists may purchase subscription plans that provide access to specified Platform features.

A subscription may include, depending on the plan:

  • Artist profile features;
  • enhanced profile tools;
  • analytics;
  • enquiry management;
  • portfolio tools;
  • CRM or business tools;
  • promotional features;
  • selected Platform benefits;
  • membership features; or
  • other features expressly stated in the applicable subscription plan.

The exact features, price, duration and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

Subscription benefits do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, search ranking or Customer conversion.

22.Subscription Period and Renewal

The applicable subscription period will be displayed before purchase.

Where automatic renewal is offered, the renewal terms, amount, frequency and applicable consent or notification requirements will be disclosed before or at the time of subscription.

Where automatic renewal is not offered, the Artist must manually renew the subscription if the Artist wishes to continue using the relevant subscription benefits.

The Company may change future subscription prices or features by providing appropriate notice where required.

23.Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund rights will depend on:

  • the applicable subscription plan;
  • the purchase terms;
  • whether the subscription has started;
  • applicable promotional terms; and
  • applicable law.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle an Artist to a refund for an unused portion of a subscription period.

Where a refund is applicable, the Company may process it using the applicable payment method or another permitted method.

24.Platform Commission

Where an Artist is subject to a Platform commission, the applicable commission rate or calculation method will be displayed or communicated to the Artist before the relevant transaction or under the applicable commercial terms.

A commission may be calculated based on:

  • a percentage of a Booking amount;
  • an Advance amount;
  • a transaction amount;
  • another defined commercial basis; or
  • another method disclosed to the Artist.

The Company may change future commercial rates by providing notice in accordance with the applicable commercial terms.

No specific commission percentage should be inferred unless it is expressly displayed for the relevant Artist or transaction.

25.Platform Fees and Other Artist Charges

Depending on the Artist's applicable commercial plan, the Company may charge fees for features such as:

  • subscriptions;
  • enhanced Platform tools;
  • Boosted Placement;
  • promotional features;
  • booking-related services;
  • payment-related services;
  • other premium features.

The applicable amount or calculation method should be disclosed before the Artist incurs the relevant charge.

26.Boosted Placement and Paid Promotion

Where Boosted Placement or another paid promotional feature is available, an Artist may receive additional visibility in specified areas of the Platform.

Paid promotion does not guarantee:

  • search ranking;
  • enquiries;
  • bookings;
  • revenue;
  • conversion;
  • Customer satisfaction;
  • Artist quality;
  • availability; or
  • any particular commercial result.

The Company may identify paid promotional placements through appropriate Platform disclosures where required or appropriate.

27.Artist Earnings and Payouts

Eligible Artist earnings may be recorded through the Platform after accounting for:

  • applicable Platform fees;
  • applicable commission;
  • refunds;
  • reversals;
  • chargebacks;
  • tax deductions;
  • payment-provider adjustments;
  • disputed transactions; and
  • other lawful adjustments.

The amount displayed as an Artist balance may therefore differ from the gross amount paid by a Customer.

28.Artist Wallet

Where an Artist Wallet is available, the Platform may distinguish between:

Withdrawable balances

Amounts that are eligible for payout subject to applicable conditions.

Non-withdrawable balances

Promotional or other credits that may be used only for eligible Platform services and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform may display the category and status of a Wallet balance.

29.Artist Payout Eligibility

An Artist may be required to complete applicable verification or KYC requirements before receiving a payout.

Payout eligibility may depend on:

  • account status;
  • KYC status;
  • bank-account or payout-account verification;
  • transaction status;
  • applicable fraud controls;
  • refunds or chargebacks;
  • minimum payout thresholds, where applicable;
  • tax requirements; and
  • other lawful requirements.

The Company may delay or restrict a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, account irregularities or legal compliance requirements.

30.Artist Bank and Payout Details

Artists are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

This may include:

  • bank-account details;
  • UPI details;
  • account-holder information;
  • tax information; and
  • other information required for payout processing.

The Company is not responsible for a payout being sent to an incorrect destination where the error resulted from inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the Artist, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

31.Payout Delays and Failed Payouts

A payout may be delayed because of:

  • bank processing;
  • payment-provider processing;
  • KYC review;
  • account verification;
  • incorrect payout details;
  • compliance review;
  • chargeback;
  • refund exposure;
  • fraud investigation;
  • technical problems; or
  • other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

Where a payout fails, the Company may require the Artist to correct or verify the relevant payout information before attempting another payout.

32.Reversals, Chargebacks and Negative Balances

If a Customer payment is later reversed, refunded, charged back or otherwise invalidated, the corresponding Artist amount may be adjusted to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable commercial terms.

Where an Artist has already received an amount that is subsequently reversed or refunded, the Company may:

  • adjust the Artist's available balance;
  • deduct the relevant amount from future eligible payouts;
  • request repayment; or
  • take another lawful recovery action.

The Company will not seek recovery beyond what is legally or contractually due.

33.Payment Disputes

Customers and Artists should first contact Platform Support regarding payment disputes.

The Company may review:

  • transaction records;
  • invoices;
  • Booking records;
  • payment-provider records;
  • communications available through the Platform;
  • service records;
  • cancellation information; and
  • other relevant evidence.

The Company may communicate with the Customer, Artist and payment provider to facilitate resolution.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a User from exercising any mandatory legal or payment-system remedy available under applicable law.

34.Chargebacks

A Customer may have rights to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through the applicable card issuer, bank or payment provider.

Where a chargeback is initiated, the Company may provide relevant transaction information to the payment provider or financial institution in accordance with applicable procedures.

Where the Company reasonably believes a chargeback is fraudulent or abusive, it may take appropriate Platform-level action, subject to applicable law.

A Customer should not initiate a knowingly false or fraudulent payment dispute.

35.Payment Fraud and Risk Controls

The Company may use reasonable technical, manual and automated measures to detect or prevent:

  • payment fraud;
  • duplicate transactions;
  • suspicious account activity;
  • unauthorised payment activity;
  • fraudulent refunds;
  • promotional abuse;
  • duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
  • suspicious Wallet activity;
  • chargeback abuse; and
  • other payment-related risks.

Where reasonably necessary, the Company may request additional information, delay a transaction, restrict payment functionality or suspend an account pending review.

36.Service Verification and Payment Records

Where the Platform provides a service-verification feature, the relevant verification method may be used to record the commencement or completion of a Booking.

Examples may include:

  • OTP verification;
  • Platform status updates;
  • Customer confirmation;
  • Artist confirmation;
  • digital records; or
  • other verification mechanisms introduced by the Platform.

The availability of a service-verification feature does not guarantee that a Service was performed perfectly or that no dispute can arise.

Service verification is one source of transaction evidence and may be considered together with other available records.

37.OTP and Authentication Security

Where OTP-based verification is used, Users must not knowingly disclose an OTP to an unauthorised person.

Customers should provide a Booking-specific service OTP only through the applicable Platform workflow and to the Artist associated with that Booking.

The Company will not be responsible for consequences arising solely from a User voluntarily disclosing authentication credentials or verification codes contrary to Platform instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

38.Fake or Invalid Lead Reporting

Where an Artist receives an enquiry or lead through a Platform feature that is expressly covered by a Lead Protection or refund programme, the Artist may report the Lead according to the applicable programme rules.

A Lead is not necessarily "fake" merely because:

  • the Customer does not immediately respond;
  • the Customer does not book;
  • the Customer changes their mind;
  • the Customer selects another Artist;
  • the Customer has a different budget; or
  • the enquiry does not convert into a Booking.

The Company may define eligible grounds for Lead-refund claims under the applicable Artist commercial terms.

39.Lead-Refund Review

Where a Lead-refund programme exists, the Company may review a claim using available information, which may include:

  • Lead records;
  • contactability information;
  • duplicate records;
  • Platform communication;
  • account information;
  • fraud indicators; and
  • other relevant evidence.

A refund is not guaranteed merely because an Artist submits a claim.

The Company may reject a claim where the applicable eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Where an appeal mechanism is offered, the Artist may use the applicable Platform process.

40.Lead-Refund Abuse

An Artist must not intentionally misuse a Lead-refund programme.

Examples of prohibited conduct may include:

  • falsely reporting a genuine Lead as fake;
  • creating artificial Leads;
  • manipulating Lead information;
  • completing a transaction outside the Platform and falsely reporting the Lead as invalid;
  • coordinating with a Customer to obtain an improper refund; or
  • repeatedly abusing the Lead-refund mechanism.

Confirmed abuse may result in reversal of an improper refund, account restrictions, loss of eligibility for the programme, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.

41.Off-Platform Payments

Customers and Artists may communicate or transact outside the Platform where legally permitted.

However, where a transaction is completed entirely outside the Platform:

  • the Company may not have complete transaction records;
  • Platform payment records may not exist;
  • Platform refund mechanisms may not apply;
  • Platform dispute assistance may be limited;
  • the Company may not be able to verify representations made outside the Platform; and
  • applicable Platform protections may not be available.

Users should retain their own records of any transaction completed outside the Platform.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal right or remedy.

42.Cancellation and Refund Terms for Bookings

Booking-specific cancellation and refund terms should be displayed or communicated to the Customer before payment wherever reasonably applicable.

The applicable terms may depend on:

  • Artist policy;
  • Service date;
  • cancellation time;
  • Advance paid;
  • Service type;
  • event requirements;
  • Artist cancellation;
  • Customer cancellation;
  • rescheduling;
  • replacement availability;
  • non-performance; and
  • applicable law.

The specific Booking Terms applicable to a transaction should be reviewed before payment.

43.Artist Cancellation or Non-Performance

Where an Artist cancels, fails to appear, materially fails to provide the agreed Service or otherwise does not perform as agreed, the Company may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:

  • assist the Customer;
  • facilitate communication;
  • process an eligible refund;
  • assist with payment reversal;
  • record the incident;
  • restrict future bookings;
  • take Platform-level action against the Artist; or
  • take another appropriate action permitted by the applicable policies and law.

The Company does not guarantee replacement Services unless a replacement service is expressly offered and confirmed.

44.Customer Cancellation

A Customer who wishes to cancel a Booking should use the applicable Platform cancellation process where available.

The amount refundable, if any, will depend on the applicable Booking Terms and cancellation/refund policy.

A Customer should not assume that every Advance is automatically refundable.

45.Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to:

  • Artist availability;
  • Booking Terms;
  • Artist rescheduling policy;
  • applicable fees or price differences;
  • the new Service date;
  • operational feasibility; and
  • applicable law.

A rescheduled Booking may be treated as a new or modified Booking where the Platform workflow provides for such treatment.

46.Travel and Additional Service Charges

An Artist may charge additional amounts where legally permitted and where such charges are disclosed or agreed.

Examples may include:

  • travel charges;
  • venue charges;
  • additional persons;
  • additional Service duration;
  • additional design requirements;
  • additional material requirements; or
  • other agreed Service-related charges.

Customers should confirm applicable additional charges before confirming a Booking.

47.Taxes

All taxes, duties and statutory levies applicable to a transaction will be handled in accordance with the law applicable at the relevant time.

Depending on the transaction, amounts displayed on the Platform may:

  • include applicable taxes;
  • exclude applicable taxes and add them separately; or
  • be calculated according to the applicable tax treatment.

The applicable tax treatment should be reviewed on the relevant invoice or transaction record.

Artists are responsible for their own tax compliance in relation to their income and Services, except to the extent the Company has a legal obligation to collect, deduct, withhold, report or otherwise handle a tax.

48.Tax Withholding and Reporting

Where the Company is legally required to:

  • deduct tax;
  • collect tax;
  • withhold an amount;
  • report transaction information;
  • issue a tax statement or certificate; or
  • comply with another statutory tax requirement,
  • the Company may do so.

Applicable tax rates, thresholds, reporting requirements and statutory provisions may change.

Accordingly, this Payment Policy does not guarantee any particular tax threshold, deduction percentage or tax treatment.

Artists should obtain independent professional tax advice where necessary.

49.Payment Security

The Company takes reasonable measures appropriate to the Platform's payment environment to protect payment-related information and transactions.

Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers and financial infrastructure.

The Company does not intend to store sensitive payment credentials such as full card authentication information on its own systems where such information is handled directly by an applicable payment provider.

However, the exact information processed, stored or transmitted may depend on the payment method, provider and technical architecture.

Users should never disclose:

  • UPI PINs;
  • card PINs;
  • OTPs;
  • passwords;
  • CVV information; or
  • other authentication credentials
  • to unauthorised persons.

50.Payment Data and Personal Information

Payment-related information may include:

  • transaction identifiers;
  • payment status;
  • amount;
  • payment method;
  • billing information;
  • refund information;
  • payout information;
  • account information;
  • fraud-prevention information; and
  • other information necessary to process or support a transaction.

Such information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

The Company may retain payment and transaction records for periods required or reasonably necessary for:

  • legal compliance;
  • taxation;
  • accounting;
  • fraud prevention;
  • dispute resolution;
  • payment reconciliation;
  • security; and
  • legitimate business purposes permitted by law.

51.Currency

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Platform prices, fees, commissions, Wallet balances and payment transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR/₹).

The actual amount charged may depend on the payment method and applicable taxes or charges disclosed before payment.

52.Payment Limits and Restrictions

The Company or a payment provider may impose transaction limits or restrictions based on:

  • applicable law;
  • payment-provider rules;
  • fraud controls;
  • transaction risk;
  • account status;
  • KYC status;
  • technical limitations; or
  • other legitimate operational requirements.

The Company may refuse, delay or restrict a transaction where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or payment-system requirements.

53.Payment Records and Electronic Evidence

Electronic records relating to payment transactions may include:

  • invoices;
  • transaction IDs;
  • payment status;
  • timestamps;
  • Booking records;
  • refund records;
  • Wallet records;
  • payout records;
  • Platform communications; and
  • other system-generated records.

Such records may be used to investigate disputes and demonstrate transaction history, subject to applicable law.

Users should retain copies of important payment records.

54.No Guarantee of Payment System Availability

The Company does not guarantee that payment functionality will always be:

  • available;
  • uninterrupted;
  • error-free;
  • compatible with every device;
  • compatible with every payment method; or
  • free from temporary payment-provider or network failures.

Payment services may be temporarily suspended for:

  • maintenance;
  • security updates;
  • fraud prevention;
  • regulatory requirements;
  • technical problems;
  • payment-provider outages; or
  • other legitimate reasons.

55.Promotional Offers

Promotional payment offers may be subject to separate terms.

Such terms may specify:

  • eligibility;
  • validity period;
  • minimum transaction value;
  • maximum benefit;
  • applicable Service;
  • applicable location;
  • eligible payment method;
  • redemption limits;
